About Us

Bridgehouse Partners was founded in 2003 initially to service the legal requirements of half a dozen entrepreneurs and their respective interests. Year on year, we have continually grown our numbers, our offices and our clients.

2008 saw Bridgehouse Partners continue its expansion by the recruitment of two solicitors to its commercial department. Our dispute resolution group continues to expand as our reputation for working on a risk sharing basis grows. Nick Rowles-Davies is the partner responsible for this department. We are particularly keen to identify clients involved in complex commercial disputes who want their lawyers to work with them on a conditional fee basis.

2009 sees Bridgehouse Partners continue further its expansion with the addition of Mark Dakeyne and his commercial property team.  This expanded property department will be able to service all sizes of property clients to the same exacting standard that Bridgehouse Partners currently provide.

We now number six partners, four qualified solicitors and three consultants based in three offices; in central London, Birmingham and the Isle of Man and deliver our services to a broad spectrum of industry sectors.

Our geographical spread enables us to service both onshore and offshore clients with all of their requirements. We have recently adopted a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving in these difficult economic times that we all face. We can now provide access to corporate finance, real estate solutions and expert commercial negotiators through this network. We have particularly strong connections in Geneva and Zug in Switzerland.

We have a flexible approach to our service delivery and to our clients' needs. This enables us to maintain a flexible approach to fees. Our hourly rates are typically lower than one would expect for comparable services and expertise. In certain circumstances, we will work on a risk sharing basis.

Recruitment remains a key feature of our growth strategy. We are recruiting in London, Birmingham and the Isle of Man. We remain interested in speaking to like minded, hard working lawyers and support staff.
